How is the fish prepared?

Tell us in the order notes — whole, cleaned, steaked, filleted or butterflied. Preparation is free and done right before dispatch, never in advance.

What if the size I want is gone?

We call you before dispatch with the nearest grade available and adjust the order by weight. You are never sent a size we could not supply.

Do you supply restaurants?

Yes, on a standing list with a fixed delivery window and one contact who knows your kitchen. Minimums and terms are set per kitchen, so talk to us and we will build it around your service.
