A seafood company that buys, grades and supplies
Manar Trading buys off the Red Sea and Arabian Gulf coasts and imports the rest, then grades every box before it leaves the building. One counter, two kinds of customer: kitchens that need the same standard on every delivery, and families buying dinner for tonight.
One chain, boat to counter
Manar means lighthouse — the fixed point a boat steers towards. That is the whole idea behind the name: one supplier a kitchen can rely on, holding the same standard on every box that leaves us.
We buy off both Saudi coasts and import the rest ourselves, so the list stays full even when a season closes. Nothing is accepted before it is graded, everything stays in the cold chain, and it is cut the way you asked for just before dispatch.
We sell by the kilo to a family and by the crate to a kitchen. Both get the same fish, off the same ice, graded by the same standard.

This is where the founder's story goes
Every seafood company in this trade runs a founder's story on this page, and the good ones are specific: a name, a first boat, the year it started. We have not been given those details yet, so there is nothing written here pretending to be them.
What can be said without inventing anybody is on the rest of this page — which waters the fish comes from, how it is graded, and what happens between the quay and your door. When the real account is recorded it lands here, in full.
Four things we hold to
Honest about age
If a box came in yesterday, we say so when you ask. Day-two fish is sold as day-two fish or it is not sold.
Seasons, to the day
A closed season is closed. Undersized fish is refused at the quay rather than graded down and quietly put on the counter.
Graded before accepted
Nothing goes onto the ice before it has been looked at properly. What fails grading leaves on the truck it arrived on.
Cut when you order
Scaling, gutting and portioning happen just before dispatch. Nothing is cut in advance to save a minute at the counter.

Both figures are counted from the catalogue itself, so they cannot drift out of step with what is actually listed.
The rest is easier said than written
Ring the counter or send a message. Where it came from, when it landed, how it was handled — those are the questions we like.
